Terms of Service
Last updated 16 September 2026
Scope
These terms govern use of octisearch.com. They don’t cover the separate, individually agreed statement of work we sign with clients before starting a diagnostic, program or project — those terms take precedence for engaged clients.
Using this site
You may browse and read this site for your own personal or internal business use. You may not scrape, resell, or reproduce its content for a competing service, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site or its infrastructure.
Content and intellectual property
The text, case studies, benchmark methodology and design of this site belong to OctiSearch Ltd unless otherwise credited. Client names and figures shown in case studies are shared with permission; figures are directional and specific to that client’s engagement, not a guarantee of results for any other business.
No warranty
This site is provided “as is”. We keep it accurate to the best of our ability but make no guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free at every moment. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding proposal — engagement terms are only formed once a statement of work is signed by both parties.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OctiSearch Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
